Data Deletion

The Meta apps roa-ads and roa-api belong to Reel of Ark LLC. They read the performance of Reel of Ark’s own Instagram posts and ads, access only Reel of Ark’s own accounts, and do not collect or store information about other people.

If you believe we hold information about you, from the website, from email updates or from any other contact, you can ask us to delete it. Email privacy@reelofark.com with the subject “Delete my data” and tell us the email address or account the request concerns. We may ask you to confirm that you control that address before we act. We will confirm and act on your request within 30 days.

We may keep a record where the law requires it or where we need it for tax, accounting or security reasons. Anything else is deleted.

If you ever connected to Reel of Ark through your Facebook or Instagram account, you can also remove that connection yourself: in Facebook, go to Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Reel of Ark.
